Returns for Retailer puchases must be returned to the Retailer where you purchased the product.
Returns for Castelli-us.com online purchases
Unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued upon receipt to the original credit card for the item(s) amount - please allow up to two billing cycles for your statement to reflect the credit.
Please call us at 1-503-222-3500 to receive a Return Authorization number for all returns. Your return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of your package. Any items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We will do our best to handle exchanges, but due to ever-changing availability, we are unable to guarantee exchanges.
Shipping
PACKAGES MUST BE RETURNED PRE-PAID: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES. We recommend that you return items via UPS- INSURED, or PARCEL POST- INSURED. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
